## Description

Sirha is one of the oldest food and gastronomy event in Europe. Year after year it has reinforced its reputation as a leading trade fair for the whole industry both in France and internationally, espcially in terms of gastronomy. The event features many animations that makes the Sirha a great experience for both visitors and exhibitors. It has 12 sectors represented, almost 3,000 exhibitors and 5 animations stages. 

It happens every two years in Lyon, the French capital of gastronomy. This is where all the eco-system of food service meet up and network, manufacturers and distributors. In total, it brings together more than 200,000 food professionals which makes it the biggest food show in the Europe.

SIRHA 2019 un grand cru. Nous avons exposés pour la 1ere fois et nous sommes partants pour la prochaine édition. La visibilité est mondiale. Nous avons pu rencontrer nos fournisseurs, nos clients, découvrir des prospects. 5 jours à fond c'est épuisant mais productif. C'est aussi la fête de la gastronomie et après le travail nous avons passés de bons moments de convivialité. Hâte d'être au prochain SIRHA.

Ce salon est le salon incontournable pour tous les passionnés et professionnel de l'hôtellerie restauration ! 
Côté Passionné, on peut assister au fameux Bocuse d'or (qui serait l'égal de la Coupe du Monde de Cuisine) et à la Coupe du monde de Cuisine. 
Côté professionnel, de nombreux fournisseurs, des grands chefs accessibles avec qui l'on peut discuter librement, des demos, les dernières innovations, tout y est...
Bref, un salon incontournable !
