### Just terrible value for money and experience — 1/5

2025 Good Housekeeping with Country Living live . Visited December 2025. So disappointing and definitely not worth the £24 ticket price just for entrance. The highlight was the choir. The stands were small, hard to shop, no clear zones and nothing felt festive. I went to get into the festive spirit and buy some interesting presents. I left with nothing after 90 minutes with a goodie bag containing hand sanitizer and a cheap sample size room diffuser. Shame on the organizers for making this a paid for event!

### Gone downhill — 1/5

Agree with other reviews. About half the size of previous years. In the past there were lots of opportunities to do crafting and interesting talks on cooking, wrapping presents etc. This year only 1 level of trade stands, with very little Christmas atmosphere -could get round in an hour. It has been combined with Good Housekeeping which seems to be a completely different event aimed at people who want to listen to celebrities speak -and if you want to do that it costs extra!
Not worth the money.Xmas Ideal Home Show is 10 times better value.

### Huge disappointment — 1.2/5

I have attended the Christmas fair at Islington several times and was expecting the same high standard but what a disappointment. Even at the entry it was scaled down , with Christmas trees and present boxes spread out to try and make it look full. Even some of the stall spaces were filled with Christmas deco rather than sellers. The Food market, normally one of my favourite bits, lost its impact as it was incorporated in with craft. Brown paper ‘goodie’ bags containing mostly flyers were impersonally handed out as you left the venue rather than arrival. Will not be attending again.

### Gone down hill — 1.6/5

I attended the country living fair today 16 November 2024. What a disappointment. It seems now they have merged with good housekeeping, too much aimed at talks, etc. Hardly any stalls, last year there were loads of stalls downstairs as well as on the tip tier and also food stalls were missing this year. The focus on Christmas.fayre was totally missing. At £25 a head, a complete rip.off. you could look round the whole fayre in an hour. Such a shame. Organisers re think your bad organisation and change it back to the way it works.

### awful fair — 1/5

this christmas fair 2024 at a cost of £25 each was the worse fair ever, so disappointed, one floor only and that was squashed, you could have done this fair in a couple of hours easily, mostly beauty, candles and bit of jewellery, def not worth it and not a christmas fair, years gone by three floors and christmas feel, lower your stall prices!! and maybe the crafters and trades might come back, we wont!

### Haven’t been for 5 yrs . Shall not be going again . Very disappointing . Poor stalls . No atmosphere , decorations very poor Such a shame as used to be such a good day out . — 1/5

So disappointing . Haven’t been for several years and this was nothing like how it used to be . Decorations were sparse and pretty poor . Lacking in atmosphere . Used to be so much better .

### Only one floor this year! Far fewer stalls. No cookery demonstrations, no workshops. It gets less and less each year. Very disappointed. — 1.4/5

DISAPPOINTED- THOUGHT IT WOULD BE BIGGER AND BETTER. FAR FROM IT.
