As a presenter and exhibitor I always appreciate the thoughtfulness around the timing of the conference.  Having exhibit hours that are independent of education hours is brilliant and not only fills the rooms for the speakers but then drives great traffic in the hall.  I have done both regular presentations and posters and both are masterfully planned for maximum exposure and the opportunity to reach so many.  This is much appreciated.
