### The year 2019 was certainly not CMEE's best attended turn out! — 3/5

First : there should be no conference or keynote from 1h30 pm to 3h30 pm during the tradeshow. The exhibitors pay a lot of money to be there so CMEE should give a priority time zone to the tradeshow. Ex Ottawa Tête à Tête and other MICE events

Second : appointments should be encourage - too many planners just say they will come by the booth and do not show up...

Third : the appointment-app was not user friendly - the app should be directly link to the phone (not via safari) with actual meeting charts. A great exemple is the RVCanada app.

In general more on on one with qualified buyers

A coffee shop should be set and available within the trade hall
